Friday, August 26, 2016 Day 5
There will be an important Student Ambassador Officer meeting during lunch today in room L-11. Please attend.
Students, the counselors cannot honor teacher change requests. If you have an error in your schedule, please fill out a “Change of Program Petition” form with all the appropriate signatures and turn in to the counseling secretary, before school, during lunch or after school. If the counselor changes your schedule, a new one will be sent out. Please follow your old schedule until you hear from your counselor. Students are not to come to the Counseling Office without a call slip.
Students, if you have not turned in your blue emergency card, please do so as soon as possible. Every student is required to have a card on file each year. If you haven’t received one yet, you can pick one up in the Attendance Office.
Students that drive need to come to the Security Office ASAP to get a parking permit, if you do not have one. Please come after 2:15 pm. Security will need to see your driver’s license, proof of insurance and registration. We have a closed campus and parking in the student parking lot is a privilege. Students must have a pass and their ID to leave campus. Students are not allowed to park in the staff parking lots. Please drive slowly and use the marked entrance and exit gates. Beeping horns on campus is discouraged and you could lose your parking permit.
Students, if you have turned 18 or will be 18 years old this school year, please pick up and fill out a green “18 Year Old Verification” form in the Counseling Office and turn it in to Mrs. Happy.
Blue Recycling Bins have been placed around the campus. They are for plastic bottles and aluminum cans only. Please place trash in the cans provided. Thank you for helping keep our campus clean!
Back to School Night will be held on September 14.
Our first Minimum Day will be September 21.
